It took several hours for the Jem'Hadar to break the will of a Defective Weyoun Clone and force him to confess what he told the Federation. Ultimately, the cruel and unusual punishment of forcing him to watch the entirety of Voyager followed by the entirety of Enterprise was too much to take. After his confession, he begged for a quick death rather than being forced to watch one second more.

Weyoun: That's it, Ira Behr! We are all going on strike until you give the Vorta their telekinesis back! And the Jem'Hadar want some chairs!"

Weyoun: "Hey, remember that time when I told you about the starving Cardassian children? Wasn't that great?"
