I'm rewatching the series with some buddies I call Matt 'n' Andy.
What was I doing January of 93? little 12yr old me middle of 7th grade, not a time I look fondly on but I was watching Trek as appointment television each week.
The pilot is phenomenal. This comes up next.
Here's what blew my mind about it, it was written by the same person that wrote "Code Of Honor" on TNG which was one also right out of the gate post pilot.
Way better job on this one I must say.
Without spoilers, I agree with Andy much more than Matt on this one.
It's got Duras Sisters, that gives it a double right there.
Introduction of Garek, home run. Recurring rest of the series, brilliant character. Oh, this writer had character credit rest of the series. Not bad.
Odo hits a single with his scene with Kira.
One last single with the runabout chase. #rollbar
I personally give it 8 Andys#STTNC
