Dragon Age Awakening

Anybody else pick this up yet? I just picked up my copy and now I need to wait for some actual free time so that I can sink my teeth into it :(

It's in the post for me. Should just give me enough time to finish off another character to import across.

I've been playing for a few hours today. It seems like more of the same, which is a good thing for me since I enjoyed the first one. I'm being bombarded with a lot of stuff to do early on. This is definitely a true expansion and not some glorified dlc.

Played it for a couple of hours last night. It's good so far, though I'm not particularly far into i.

Without going into spoilers, a couple of the conversations my current character (Fem/Cousland) has had have been rather more pleasant than I thought they'd be.

There's also been one or two incidents where the ending of Origins (in relation to one person anyway) doesn't quite seem match up with what's happened in Awakening so far.

That said, it's nothing major and is entertaining so far:)

Started playing this and so far, so good. Too bad some (or most actually) of the content from the DLCs didn't carried to Awakening. But I can live with that, especially as a mage.

Given that they aren't supporting one of the two endings of Origins for players who actually care about the story, I'm not terribly surprised that they managed to botch other continuation pieces too.

Well, for myself, I haven't bothered importing a character who got the other (main) ending.

Having a certain character show up when that person is supposed to be elsewhere is one thing but I've since noticed that there are also one or two inconsistencies in the codex for my current import. The one that springs to mind is the resolution of the whole Isolde situation.

Anyway, I finished it yesterday and enjoyed it. For my next character, I'm going to have to see if certain incidents can be avoided as my Cousland just didn't prove persuasive enough at one point:(
