Don't ya just love finding 16mm film...

In the basement of my work I came across an old box of 16mm film cans.

Before you get excited, they were nature films shot by my company in the 80s.

Still, you can't help but think "oh oh what if..."...

Incidentally, my work is moving out of this building (at least it's on the cards, when I have no idea) and this building was the final resting place of many missing episodes before they were shipped off out of New Zealand. Wouldn't it be fab if during the move we unearthed a cabinet containing... well, just guess...

lost doctor who episodes or Area 51/roswell footage.

i actually found and still have what looks like 8mm gun camera film but never had it developed.

Oh, it would be nice indeed. Before you leave, you should check every nook and cranny for some missing Troughton serials. You'd be a hero to so many. :D

It is a funny feeling going into our vault and thinking 'this is where Power of the Daleks once resided'.

^It's probably on some sort of temporal rift. Tell me, is your place of work moving away from this location due to a trend of unfortunate, mysterious deaths?

Ah, nature films eh...?

Nudge, Nudge. :p

I sympathise. A few years back I sold off many of my old 16mm and the most interesting TV I had were old episodes from The Professionals and an early David Jason effort called Secret Files of Edgar Briggs.

If I ever get my hands on any sorta time travel device, i am goin back to the 1960's with a computer or VCR or something and tape stuff liek Dr. Who.

Hey BBC here is all the lost footage, on burned DVD, don't ask me how I got it. MWAHAHAHA

Y'know if you happened upon it, it would be remarkably like PoTD in a sense. Daleks are your friends, you know. They exist to serve us.:evil:

Officially, all prints of PotD went to Singapore after they left here, so unless the known-to-exist documentation is wrong, there wont be any here to find.

Those listed as destroyed on the other hand (Evil?) may still be here...
