I just came across this when looking for online vendors that sold CS4. I have no problem with it being an OEM as I'll only be using it on one machine. I've been looking around their website to see if there is any of that fine print that I'm missing, but I haven't been able to find any.

What do you guys think?

Wow, I haven't seen it that cheap even on my student discount sites. My only guess is that it's strictly the software, but no license? If it is indeed legit I'd be all over that, but it does seem to good to be true.

No Kidding. I'd be impressed with the price even if it was just PhotoShop CS4 Extended, but the Creative Suite Master Collection? That is almost to good to be true.

It is not legit. Any site that offers to sell you a very discounted OEM software and have you download it is illegal to purchase. The OEM software has been ripped from the original CD or DVD and distributed online, which means you're engaging in pirating of software, at least according to the authorities, so you'll want to avoid any site like that.

By the way, it is illegal to use OEM software on any machine other than the one it came bundled with.
