All of us know that the current Federal Government employs millions of employees to handle the most mundane jobs within the Federal Government, also within the four services; Army, Navy/Marines, Air Force,and the Coast Guard. So with that in mind. Would you most likely find an Academy graduate who costs the Federation millions of dollars to train, or would we find civilians with a paygrade similar to that of Federation officers, who work in the various medical fields, Teachers, the Physical and Social Sciences, and a myriad of other jobs too numerous to mention here.
