Does anyone not like the Millennium Falcon?

Love the MF. Grew up with her, so that may explain it. In the mid 90s while playing TIE Fighter I started to loathe the YT-1300, because the thin profile made it extremely hard to hit. Then loved it again when we could fly YTs in X-Wing Alliance.

Can't count how many models of the MF I have built, trying to get the detailing just right.

It's like the guys that used to supe up their '70 Chevy Vegas. Ugly, but easy to make a hot rod out of.

Loved the MF since the first time i watched Star Wars. I have to admit though my favourite Star Wars ships are probably the Mon Calamari cruisers, probably because i love Admiral Ackbar

Not really a fan. As a Star Trek guy I like clean Federation starships with symmetry. I wasn't a Han Solo fan to begin with too. I liked Luke and his X-Wing.
Yup. Or the Y-Wing. The U-Wing, the A-Wing, the Mon Cal, even the Tantive IV grew on me over the time.

The Millennium Falcon does not appeal.

It's pretty novel for a spaceship and that's what makes any ship iconic - to not look generic or like any old flying saucer, with or without detachable teacup. For real life physics it's got its moments (engine element is in the middle as expected), would prefer the cockpit on the opposite side or the middle (sense of perception for tight fitting areas, unless its computer does the calculating and overriding to prevent collision), but the addition of the shuttle/escape pod (now discarded!) made it endearing.

Well, it was designed to look like "a piece of junk." But you can still love it just like the old jalopy that the family kept driving for years before it finally fell apart in the middle of an intersection.

You can. I know many who do.

One of the cool things about the Falcon is how she literally becomes a character in The Empire Strikes Back.

She's temperamental in the hangar on Hoth when Han is trying to take off. She refuses to boot up, Han whacks her on the panel, and she reluctantly complies. She knows something wrong with her systems, but she doesn't quite know what it is. Apparently on her own initiative, she actives her hidden gun and defends herself from the squad of snowtroopers who are trying to set up a blaster cannon that looks like it could totally disable her on the ground like that if it can get off even just one shot.

It's an expansive handling of familiar elements, but it's subtle, kinda like R2 piloting the X-wing in the snow before Luke gets in it.

Retroactively speaking, this is the result of L3-37 merging with the ship's mainframe in Solo, amirite?

It didn't look like one when Lando owned it. Han let it get that way. He didn't know how to clean up.

That's correct. It's basically a droid brain inside a ship. In Legends, the Falcon supposedly had 3 droid brains to support the complicated calculations for faster hyperdrive travel.
