Doctor Who/Torchwood in the States

I haven't really been following the latest Doctor Who/Torchwood news (The latest thing I heard was Matt Smith being cast as the new doctor and many fans proclaiming armageddon and the world was going to end ;) ), but I was wondering if there was updates on new stuff shown in the US. Part of this is BBC America has just started showing Torchwood again (Season 1 started tonight) and I wonder if this is leading to the 5 episode arc (Or whatever it is) coming up later this year. I was watching some of the episode (Have it recorded so watch all of it later) and found myself missing the Who/Torchwood universe. Would love to see some new stuff in the States and I just missed the news or something.

Good question.

I'm assumin' that with Torchwood startin' from the beginnin' on BBC America, it was a lead up to the third season/miniseries.

But I'd really like to know when SciFi is goin' to air new Doctor Who!

Seems like there's always news about filmin' & castin', but no clue as to when folks will actually be able to see it!

Well Torchwood will come back during the summer and I have to get Doctor Who through "alternative" means because channels in the states here are stupid. Still, kind of wish this thread didn't die as quick as it did. :(
