Doctor Who on Children in Need SPOLIERS

Who says I didn't donate?

I'm not being that serious, to be honest. It's just Doctor Who managed to put something together for every Children in Need since it's been on, and now they give a trailer. Disappointing, innit.

I am sorry to have to be the one to tell you this, but that isnt even close to being true.

Doctor Who has prdouced two mini episodes for Children in Need, The Pudsey Cutaway, and the much loved Time Crash.

We got a trailer last year, and I think the year before that as well.

I would love nothing more than another mini episode, but lets not pretend that we have had one every year apart from this year.

Last year we got a clip from The End of Time, same for the year before. I mean, they were bloody awful (pointing a sonic screwdriver at a man in a carpet, then the Doctor boasting about how he just got back from having a go on Elizabeth I like a destestable moron down a pub boasting about popping a 40 year old woman's cherry), but you can appreciate the DW team having a go at putting something new out for charity. We just got an ad this time. I'm not that bothered, it's just a little disappointing. Well done to Smudger and Kaz having tea with the kids though.

a preview is not the same as a mini episode, its even less work than the well done trailer we got this year.

not keen on those preview clips either, I would rather than the trailer.

It's showing you something directly from the episode itself though. Whets the appetite (at least, if done right). A trailers just a trailer, and they'll be all over BBC1 soon anyway. In my view anyway. I'm not all that bothered, to be honest.

Yes. It is good that Matt and Kaz put the effort in, even while Moffat and the rest of the Who production team turned their back on the needy children.

Do you blame Steven Moffat and Russell T. Davies when you stub your toe in the morning, too?

If they were to walk on water, would you just mutter about how they're undermining the British boating industry?

Read the latest. I was 'avin' a larf.

Going by your emoticon Tourette's though, it worked.

but neither is any extra, and can both se seen by your logic as turning there backs on needy kids.

Sci Good post

I don't know what the fuss is about. Well aside from the usual 'Bones has said something probably in jest, quickly everyone rip him to pieces for no reason whatsoever' thing. Textbook.

I'd rather see Matt and Karen being nice to some children than get a trailer/preview clip of something I'm going to see in its entirety in a month's time anyway.

Storm in a teacup (as usual). Well done Matt and Karen.

Also worth noting that someone had to film Matt & Karen being nice to the kids, along with planning, so the Who Production team likely had something to do with it.

Enough. We're not screwing around with this crap anymore.
