This weeks theme is War of the Sontarans! Inspired by the latest episode of Doctor Who of the same name.

Entries should feature images of Sontarans who've appeared in episodes of the science fictional television programme Doctor Who, there are a few to choose from; from their first appearance in the 1970's up to the current decade.

Your task is to fit an image of one of these characters into a jpeg or gif, resize it to 200x200 pixels and post it in this thread. Then we'll vote for our favourites. The winner gets to start the next contest.

What do Sultanas have to do with this? (not planning to enter; just curious)

Good question. While watching this episode with my son he misheard their name as Sultanas so that's what we call them now.

O-kay. I just thought it might be one of those weird autocorrect errors. When I see the word "sultana" I usually think of raisins.

I was thinking of raisins today too! Specifically I was thinking that raisins are better than sultanas. Know what I'm sayin?
