Doctor Specials on DVD or Blu Ray

Hi. I know i have asked before but has there been any info given on a box set of the 09/10 specials, a la the series ones. Or do we need to buy them individually?

I'd say there's a 100% chance of a Box Set of the Specials, probably around the time that Series 5 starts. (So next March.)

Incidentaly, POTD will be coming out on Blu-Ray as well as DVD at the end of June.
