Was it ever established in Star Trek literature if Zimmerman's LMH project went ahead after Bashir was rejected as a candidate?

I think Full Circle establishes that the Voyager fleet has a LMH, and quite a few other long-term non-medical holograms (but I can't swear to it...)

I'm pretty sure they have some medical holograms, and I do expicitly remember their security holograms. Which were made of a bunch of the aggressive races like a Hirogen... and some others I can't remember.

All I remember for sure it has a Human Captain, and Memory Beta just says that it is "staffed by advanced holograms".

Hi Guys,

I meant to resond to this a few days ago...sorry. The Galen is staffed by several humanoid species and holograms that serve many functions, medical, security, engineering, etc.

I've included an Appendix in Children of the Storm that lists each vessel in the fleet, its crew compliment and vessel class. For Galen, it does not explicitly include the number holograms as they are utilized as needed. But you'll get a numer there.

Best,
Kirsten
