Do we know what camera(s)/format they're shooting DSC on?

    I don't think that has been mentioned in any of the news releases. Maybe SFX magazine will have some info at some point.

    Eh, uprezzing will never actually give you more detail, so it's best to shoot higher than 4k and downrez to whatever you need. 4K cameras are widely available, and with Discovery's budget, shooting on 3.2k is short sighted.

    Well, yeah, but resolution doesn't tell the full story

    Shooting at 6K or 8K doesn't automatically mean you're getting a better image than you might on a great 3.2K camera. It doesn't help that going beyond 4K is largely diminishing returns anyway.
