Do the TOS Blu-rays have different Spanish dubs depending on region?

According to DVD Compare, the American TOS Season 2 Blu-ray has a Spanish (Latin) dub, while the European TOS Season 2 Blu-ray has a Spanish (Castilian) dub. However, the pages for Season 1 and Season 2 show Spanish (Castilian) for all versions.

If anyone here has a TOS Blu-ray for any region, can you please check if the words "Latin" or "Castilian" are mentioned in the audio selection menu?

If there are any Spanish speakers here who, for some reason, own the Blu-rays for both regions, can you tell me if these are really two different dubs? Do they have different dialogue or the same dialogue in different accents?

The menu on the U.S. Season two Blu-ray does not specify what kind of Spanish it has, and I don't speak it to be able to tell.

Memory Alpha says Region A has Spanish (Latin) and Region B has Spanish (Castilian), for all three seasons.

When I first got the Blurays, Region A, I checked out the Spanish opening scenes of WNMHGB just for the heck of it. I remember Scotty saying "Si, Senor" instead of Aye, Sir. That tracks.

But mostly I remember the audio quality was not as good as the English version. It was like they had to take that sound from an old syndication print or something.

I have the Euro version of the Roddenberry Vault, and that does specify Castilian Spanish dub and sub on the packaging.
