do DOS Star Trek games work on Windows XP?

Do the DOS games Star Trek 25th Anniversary, Star Trek Judgment Rites and Star Trek The Next Generation A Final Unity work on Windows XP or would I need an emulator?

For XP an emulator is really required to play DOS games...

DosBox and VDM Sound are some good ones..

Actually, there are plenty of DOS games that work perfectly on XP without any emulator. Which is why I asked.

however those games you mentioned DO require an emulator in order to make up for the legacy soundcard issues that keep them from installing or playing..
