Do Cthulhu, the Great Old Ones and the Outer Gods exist in the American Gods Universe?

If the answer is yes, are they part of the Old or the New gods, how powerful are they and what are the implications for the war between both sides?

And are there many different versions of them, considering the many different tales and lores about them?

No, they where created by H. P. Lovecraft ...
The Old Gods in American Gods are the ones from old established religions, the New Gods are from new "Religions", worshipped by millions...

Yep, i know. But i was thinking more about if it would be possible for them to exist in this 'verse. Considering that there are people IRL, who apparently believe them to be real and some of the gods have only a few believers today if any. Like Bilquis or Vulcan for example.

By the way, Neil Gaiman wrote some stories based on Lovecraft's Cthulhu Mythos ;)
