Reed and Chief Engineer Commander Tucker? Porthos would be replaced by Pluto (is there any other Disney dog?)

Obviously Mickey Mouse has to be the Captain, Goofy the engineer, Donald Duck the tactical officer, Subcommander T'Pol would be replaced by Mary Poppins, Hoshi would be replaced by Captain America, Mayweather by Darth Vader and Phlox by Lightning McQueen.
