a 16 page collection of essays on democracy is a bit too much to read for the casual poster on this board. Could you please sum it up and give us your personal opinion, TheGoodNews, so that we at least have something to discuss in this thread (other than whether it is wise to open a pdf of unknown origin and content, that is)?
Why should people be compelled to comment when you can't even make the minimum amount of effort to provide your own thoughts on the subject, or to establish a premise for the thread?
