Digital Down load help?

I got a "super ticket" when the force awakens came out, It came with a digital down load, but all it's letting me do is View it not down load it.
I thought the purpose of Digital download was to down load?
you know so I could put it on a DVD and watch it later?
any help with this would be appreciated

if it says digital download then yes you should be able to download it - sounds like something's not quite right with however you're doing it.

That said the idea with digital download is to view it through your computer or mobile device - they don't usually think about the person burning it to a physical media (in the past you got the digital download option when you bought the blu-ray).
