This guy has apparently been within two days of predicting the reacent major quakes in the Philippines and Nepal.

Sorry, I'm too busy laughing at the name "Frank Hoogerbeets" to take any of this seriously. I guess we'll find out in about 45 minutes whether Frank is onto something or just full of it.
