Did my first CrossFit Workout

Coffee Mod
Admiral
600 meters on the rowing machine
30 clean and presses (I think that's what they're called)
rolled a big bag end to end
took a walk holding a 10# plate overhead
30 burpees (ok, I did them against the wall)

I'm feeling pretty good all things considering. They say the soreness hits in 2 days.

Any other CrossFit folks on the board?
 
I pick and choose WODs that I like. I do more what you'd call bodybuilding type weight exercises, and will run, stairclimb bike other days.

I'm 255lbs so there's no way I'm doing the prescribed number of pull ups!
