Did Kes have a happy ending after her appear in Fury?
I haven't got your message yet but just like Superman, I show up when I'm called for!Thank you for your answer Tosk. I did message Lynx. Will be interesting to see if he replies.
Thanks a lot for nice comments about me and my interest and knowledge about the character Kes!I know a person who may have the answer to that question. @Lynx!!! He has interesting knowledge of this beloved character and he will enlighten you with possibilities everything you could imagine about her. If there isn't an ending or evolution of the character, it doesn't mean you or the publishing couldn't write a novel about her further adventures. I know I'd be open to reading it.
Anytime, since you've made me see more of that character than I thought could be possible. It was a little confusing to read @Kristine gave thanks to Tosk when I was the one who posted my thoughts about you and your rich Kes knowledge??? All in all I'm game for any sort of thread about Kes because she's a character who never be forgotten. Thanks a lot for nice comments about me and my interest and knowledge about the character Kes!![]()
There is a story at The Kes Website which has a "happy ending".Thank you everyone for your input about Kes. And thank you for your opinions are well Stephon. I hope I didn't offend you or anyone else. I also hope one day someone write a comic or novel about her that has a happy ending.
There are some great Voyager books, written during seasons 1-3 where Kes has an important role, most notable in "Chrysalis", "Mosaic", "The Black Shore" and "Marooned".Kes appears in the 2012 post-TV series novel The Eternal Tide by Kirsten Beyer. Kes has a small but important role in the book, and her character does get some small amount of closure.
I couldn’t resist digging through the old Voyager books I have because I’m a big Kes fan and really wanted her character to return in the books.
Beyer’s Voyager novels are quite highly regarded and well worth reading.
Memory Beta covers real canon + novel canon.

Although, this is how I see it.
The Ocampa resorted to cannibalism after 5 years when their city ran out of power. Dozens of Ocampa rose to the surface and where disintegrated by the Kazon. Then thousands rose to the surface and they over ran the Kazon, and then millions of Ocampa rose to the Surface, they took the Kazon Ships to space, and dominated Kazon Space, and then Vidiian Space, and then the rest, until an Ocampan Flag flew strong over the limits of the Delta Quadrant.
Btw, I always thought that Kes killed B’Elanna in “Fury” not because she was trying to stop Kes’ interface with the warp core, but because Kes hated B’Elanna because her living prevented the timeline in which Kes had Linnis and Andrew in her life.
