Detroit 1-8-7: 1x02 "Local Hero/Overboard" - Discussion and Spoilers

Stone teams with Sanchez to look into the murder of Calvin Gibbs, a local football hero. The prime suspect turns out to be Calvin's brother, a former felon and gang member. Longford and Mahajan check out the disappearance of a groom from a wedding reception. When Alice Williams from the Wayne County Prosecutor's office asks the police to deal with the fallout from a recent police precinct incident, Fitch is ordered to speak with the press.

I think this series shows promise, really dug last week's pilot. So we'll see how it goes tonight (presumably when the revised format took more hold.)
