I'd want:

I'd want:
- One that can't digest sugar, making it impossible to get overweight from sugar. Don't care if that involves throwing up from your ass or not.
- A trait that makes you want to accomplish something each day, other than sitting on the couch and eating cookies while watching "Dancing With the Stars", lighting up a joint or cigarette, or just saying "fuck it" and sleeping all day. Write, make something, what ever -- just accomplish something. Don't be another tombstone that will brekad and crumble and eventually you'll be a forgotten nobody.
- The ability to heal faster. Just a little bit more; people need to learn from the injuries they get and if they heal up faster, they'll make an excuse to just keep doing what they were. Plus, it can -- depending on the severity of the injury, give them reflective time.
That's off the top of my head.
Self cleaning butt.

It's the next step in evolution no doubt.
If God wanted that he'd have given us butt wipers, mate.
At least we don't have to lick our butts unlike many animals.

Actually, that wouldn't be a bad idea. Make human saliva double as a cleaning agent, so we could wash ourselves with our tongues like cats do.
Just think of how much of our bulk and weight is taken up by the digestive apparatus, and how much time and effort we spend in procuring, preparing and consuming food. I'd get rid of the whole gastrointestinal tract and design us to live on blood, like vampire bats or mosquitos. Or lawyers.
I'd increase the lifespan, reduce the influence of the R-Complex, make all memory eidetic and add some nice blue polka dots.

A remote on-off button for the mouth on others.
A stronger back (I think we need some more work there- this whole recent "standing upright" business still isn't fully successful 
). A prehensile tail might be nice (I can think of several occasions where it might come in handy). Eidetic memory would be nice, too. How about vision that can extend into the infra-red, or shifts to infra-red at night? A less dangerous and stressful means of childbirth, without sacrificing any brain power. Maybe humans should hatch from eggs.

The ability to change skin and hair color would be nice. At least then there wouldn't be discrimination based on something like skin color.
