Now that works surpisingly well! Some shots are more convincing than others, but all in all it‘s pretty cool to imagine that that‘s how Picard could have looked earlier in life.
It helps that the original video is really well made. Pogo masterfully matched the lighting situation and color timing for each shot. Here‘s the unaltered video, for reference:

Yes, my videos have gotten some of that, for example "But Data had an aging sub-routine, that's why he looked the way he did in Star Trek: Picard."
