The actor's name is Keegan de Lancie, son of you-know-Q. His character Q (not to be confused with his father Q or his mother Q or any other Q Q) owed his life to Captain Janeway and secretly got her out of trouble at least once a week after the episode in which he appeared VOY: Q2, as revealed in the book depicted above, as well as instigating the events of VOY: Endgame. I think we need a ruling...
The contest conditions specifically state "in the style of a novel or graphic novel cover." as well as mentioning doing the possibility of spines and back covers.....so a PADD entry doesn't meet those criteria.
It's a great idea, LCARS, it just needs to be in a form more familiar to those of us in the 21st century.
