How is it that a country that espouses Life, Liberty, and the pursuit of happiness feels that
it is necessary to tell a terminally ill person that they DO NOT have the right to end their life
on their own terms?
Why are these folk trying to legislate their "strictly held religious beliefs" so that their dogma
is applicable to all? I mean shouldn't the conservative folk be celebrating the cost differential?
Oh, I forgot: Poor folk don't have a choice in their own life. Only rich white politicians have
the wisdom to choose how I die.
MIght it be that this is purely a fiduciary concern? Well-to-do and wealthy folk have a choice.
The poor get a mass grave. Unless you want to abrogate unwanted medical sustenance by
having the temerity to die without someone gaining financially.
What the hell? (or Heaven, as the case may be.)
