Dead Rising 2 - Worth It?

A friend of mine is going to sell me his copy for $30 bucks and I want to know if it is worth the money or should I just wait until it ends up in the bargain bin at my local Gamestop in a few years?

With all the Amazon promotions and such I paid $34.99 for it new.
IMO it's a $15.00-$20.00
I think I paid $10.00 - $15.00 for DR1 which is why I enjoyed it the way I did.
If you haven't played DR1 get it, it's pretty much the same game as DR2 and far, FAR cheaper.
