Dead Rising 2: Vegas, Baby, Vegas!

I very much enjoyed the first game. It had a really old school flavor to it with unique game play. You always knew how long it would take to "beat" the game. I even liked the save system. The only thing that sucked was the camera.

So now we have the sequel coming out tomorrow that promises to be shinier with more zombies, more psychos, more save slots and more weapons (Chainsaws+ Motorcycles =Win). I am getting my copy tomorrow. I didn't get Reach, but I am getting this.

Anyone else in for a bloody arm, leg or head?

Nobody else? I've been playing the game for the last two evenings. I've been able to make some sick weapons (Servebot helm with a lawnmower blade on top is awesome) and they have improved a lot of the gameplay. The survivors are smarter and the story a bit more interesting. The only major downside IMO is that the load times are still there and it can be a little annoying when you are moving through areas quickly to complete missions.

However, I can kill zombies with a lightsaber. So it's all good.

I'm certainly getting it, eventually. I'm just a bit short on cash right now, so it may have to wait a bit.

The load scenes and the continually ticking clock sort of put me off, although you can't dispute how fun the game is.
