Data

Merely in the sense that by an author floating an idea out there, it becomes available as a potential inspiration/resource to writers of canon, given it contains ideas that they might never have considered otherwise.
That's basically what I meant, as well as the writers just happening to come up with something the series writers already intended to do. For instance, "Autobiography" ended the way "Star Trek Picard" began: with Capt. Picard working at the family vineyard.

Which was purely coincidental. The Autobiography simply decided to end with Picard in the same place he was in during the Future storyline in AGT. That the Picard series also begins with him at the vineyard probably had more to do with AGT than it did with the Autobiography.

Never said otherwise. But remember, Una McCormack had a pretty good bead on the Trek characters, so it's possible some of the events she had happen could be confirmed by canon.
