Dane Cook's Brother Steals Millions From Him
Well, Dane cook has stolen from lots of people. Jokes from other comedians and many hours from unsuspecting viewers' lives that they'll never get back.
Payback's a bitch.
If you keep your half brother on $12,500 a month peasant wages, it's bound to happen.
I'd hardly call $150,000 a year peasant wages. It's more than the vast majority of Americans make.
Maybe TheArsenal was Latrell Sprewell's target audience with the comment about how he's supposed to support his family on $10 million a year.
I kid. It's a decent chunk of change. But it obviously didn't seem that way to the half brother next to Cook's millions. And while I have no opinion on Cook's comedy one way or another, I am surprised he had enough money that his brother thought he could take 4 million of it and it wouldn't be missed.
HA HA!! Karma's a bitch eh Dane? You hack!
That sucks. Money should never get between brothers.
Well, Dane is a talented guy... he just needs to pick better movies to do.
I don't understand how the guy could be so stupid about it.
Writing a $3 million check?
Stashing 800 grand in your home?
Buying multiple cars?
If I were him, I would've gotten the money, stashed it somewhere, and lived happily on my $150,000 salary - knowing I had millions stashed for later (for when no one will miss it - or when I want to leave and not come back).
Just my thinking exactly.
I thought Mr. Brooks was awesome. Of course, it wasn't his movie and he was just a supporting role, but I'm sure what Kevin Costner's character did to Dane Cook's character, a lot of people have wanted to do that to him for real.
Also, sometimes relatives doe not make the best of business partners.
^ What, you don't think not making Roger Clinton Secretary of Treasury was a missed opportunity?
Yeah Waiting was pretty funny as well... but all of his starring movies suck.
its a sad day when you can't trust your own family...
The irony being of course, he likely chose/stuck with family over someone else because he felt his brother was more easily trusted.
Meh. I think a return to fraternal succession wars is long over due.
