it’s no less ridiculous than anything in the Michael Bay original Armageddon and actually seems almost believable as a movie project.

Over at Esquire.com, Lindelof has penned a faux-treatment for a sequel to Armageddon, titled fittingly, Armageddoner! (Ed. note: The punctuation is his.)

I love Armageddon for all the badness (there is no other fitting, made up word for it!) it has and watch it regularly.. i'd pay real money for a sequel with exactly this plot!

And please.. ramp up the pictures of the american flag waving! My suggestion.. american flag under the sea!
