Patty Hewes is representing Frobisher against UNR! For those not knowing Frobisher was the billionaire she nearly destroyed in Season One.

Yeah I figured it out as the story was unfolding, about the the time Tom said they had a Plaintiff to start up the suit. On another note, what is it about the two FBI agents that irk me? Every time they have a scene with Ellen I keep thinking they are not really FBI but everyone accepts them to be so I guess they are.

^ I wouldn't be surprised if they turned out to be working for some unknown party - the show HAS been renewed for a third season.

The thing with Frobisher still surprises me though. I know that in Pennsylvania Patty would not be allowed to represent him in any legal case.

I dunno, I definitely don't feel like this season is anywhere near as good as last. I'm probably gonna bail...

But I'm curious what's in the gift Ellen got. Bomb? Who says it was from David at all? Someone probably mailed it after his murder. Ellen better check to see if there's a store it came from so she can verify it, but of course it was "dropped off" with a neighbor. No return address, how convenient.
