Not quite certain about this thread. Is it possible for cynics to unite? that would seem to imply a fairly large measure of hope for community and working-together-ness and all those fuzzy lovey things.

is one thing (not that I agree with it), but asking cynics to unite is a lot like telling a group of individualists that they should sacrifice their selves for the good of their neighbors.
