These are the prototype of the 1/6 scale Star Trek figures. The uniforms and the Captain's Chair are based on the official patterns and plans.

That's awesome! I'd love to have a set of those. You even have the gusset in the uniforms. The phaser-1 and communicator are a nice touch.

Like I said, they are based on the official pattern. The Phaser 1 can attached to the base of Phaser 2 by magnets. All 3 items can be attached to the pants by the same mean.
