I imagine the title is intentianal reference to Who, even if the episode is nowt to do with it.

dont think it has anything to do with the show, still looking forward to it, would be nice if they could sneak in a refrence, maybe Hodgers is a fan

It's a shame CSI is one of those shows that doesn't display episode titles on screen, so very few viewers (in the grand scheme of things) will ever see this reference.
