The important thing about the Walkers (or a race like them) is that there is a method to their seeming madness. That was a failing of the Wraith, that until Michael and Todd, seemed like little more than Gothic monsters. Such a race would have to be more than just "alien zombies".

Yeah the Wraith didn't have to be depicted in such a hokey manner. They live by feeding on humans. There's nothing evil about that, from an objective sense. All species feed on something else in the great circle of life.

Oh dude come on!!! it's about time Earth had some allies for a change instead of every race being the bad guys all the time.
To be honest i'm sick of them killing of Earths allies all the time, they killed off the Asgard, killed off the Tollan, laid waste to the Free Jaffa thanks to the Ori. I'm glad the Travellers are Earths ally and still around.
