That's pretty cool. The people who made it have definetely too much time on their hands, though.
Since this is in good fun, I won't go on a tangent about how misunderstood TOS really is but I'll just say this: TOS is much more than this chart suggests.
Though I first saw that a while back, it's still awesome and hilarious. It's funny (more "funny weird" than "funny ha-ha") how things can be reduced to flowcharts.
The 1970-80's Traveller SF RPG had at least one example in its published Journal involving asteroid mining (plus many other examples during character generation, but this was a literal flowchart):
Even more related, the Star Trek: Starship Creator Warp II computer game had the promise of generating Trek-like missions on-the-fly. It pretty much completely failed at that, but it came with an insanely HUGE (three feet by four feet) fold-out sheet of ship components/programming logic that was damned impressive:
