Does anyone know the source of the background nebula image on the cover for Harbinger?

All I know is that it's a Hubble telescope image.

Right on, I was hoping it wasn't totally made up, thanks David! Any Hubble enthusiasts out there that recognize the shot and might know what it's of and in what part of the sky it might be found? I'd be much obliged for any helpful leads.

Maybe you could ask cover artist Doug Drexler at his blog:

(Which is a cool blog in its own right, with tons of nifty behind-the-scenes photos and insights from various Trek productions going back to TOS.)
