They'll just be wibbly-wobbly, timey-wimey and insist whatever changed made had no effect like the majority of episodes. It's pretty clear now the Borg overture from episode one is legit and the Queen is Jurati (unless they're doing a very big red herring), and I'm guessing the anomaly is them punching through to Prime 2501.
