Could I get this custom ringtone?

If you are a "top shelf" person who reads the action figure thread, you know I am into Universal Monsters. Today I had to recharge my cell phone which meant turning it off, then on, and listening to the ATT jingle. Then I thought, "Could I replace that tone on my phone, and if so, could I find the audio from Frankenstein of the doctor yelling "It's alive! It's alive!"" I think it would be cool if my phone said that whenever I turned it on.

I'm sort of surprised that you don't want a ringtone saying "Captain James Kirk, the next orders you're taking will be given by Harcourt Fenton Mudd!"

My Galaxy S4 is rooted and I don't see a way to change that particular sound, and I can do a lot of things not normally possible.

Though, there are other apps I could add to the whole "rooted" folder.

I wouldn't be surprised if there was an app for this kind of thing.
