This is in regards to my TC4400... Now that I have Un-Chris'd it it's a much more stable and fun platform to work on.

ANYWAY!!
I was playing around with the features... the handwriting feature works great. You tap a button on the task bar and a part of your screen becomes a writing surface.
There is a third button for an onscreen keyboard. I click on that... the digitizer surface goes blank.
Not sure if something is wrong here... entirely possible that something got zorked when the previous owner reinstalled Windows. Is it supposed to do that or is there supposed to be an on-screen keyboard?
