I just about to surf at lunchtime, and only then because i don't answer the phone or check my email. I'm way too busy to write/check/read anything at work, do it all at home.

Works just a bit quiet at the moment. I don't think it'll stay that way for long unfortunately :eek:
 
Quiet, huh?

I get between 15-20 phone calls a day, many of which take between ten and thirty minutes to deal with, that's in addition to twenty emails a day which can also take a while to sort through. I also have to sort through the company's invoices and hand them out to the right people to sign, sign out keys to contractors, send keys out to leaseholders or tenants and fill out the relevant paperwork, deal with anything my boss chucks at me cos he hasn't got the time, and then do some filing if I have the time.

For me, quiet is when I only get the invoices, keys, contractors and filing to deal with - which isn't often.

So I have no chance to do anything else, I usually end up taking a short lunch and staying late, after getting in early that is. And I'm paid a pittance.

Rant over, so get writing! :p
 
I make sales calls(phone calls) when I feel like making one. And I keep my writing queued up on my computer all day so I can write when something occurs to me. And I answer the phone if it rings. Its a tough life but someone's got to do it. :cool:
