Hi, folks! This is my first post on this site but I've been coming here for a long time. I've been reading most of the stories here and find them to be great reads. As a writer, I been coming up with several ideas for a Star Trek story and this is my first serious attempt. I wanted to do something a little different from most Star Trek stories as well. Here goes.
Summary: Crossover tells the story of the Kelinians, a highly advanced race that lives in the Large Magellanic Cloud, and their creation of a new technology that allows them to crossover to the Milky Way in a matter of seconds. However, like most new technologies, things go wrong the moment they arrive. Told entirely from the perspective of the mission's ship commander (captain), she and her crew must find a way to survive in an alien galaxy with no idea on who or what to trust.
The prologue to this should be coming soon. Let me know what you think.
