It's cool but people love to ignore the fact that it's not truly the hover board of Back to the Future. It requires a conductive - not magnetic, btw - substrate to work. In other words, it can only hover an inch or two above conductive material. For about 15 minutes between charges. It would not have worked for the hover board the film represents.
