So I noticed while I was going through my art supplies that I had this grey paper on hand...and that just screamed for me to draw a Cardassian.
I decided to do a colored-pencil portrait, and given that my portraits have a tendency to look like they're staring at me as I work, this ruled out slimeballs like Dukat. So I went for the most non-slimeball Cardassian possible: Tekeny Ghemor.
I know there are errors in this (I may have goofed the eye color...but I kinda like the effect, so...artistic license?
), but it took me something like 14 hours to do and it's my best colored-pencil work to this date--so I'm still happy with it.
(And yes, I know the writing down the side is not Cardassian. It's from a non-Trek novel I'm working on, but I use it on everything I draw.)
