But anyway, the Congressman Colbert interviews there is a self-proclaimed nerd and Star Trek fan, so Colbert does his usual thing trying to get him to say something very stupid - this time with the twist that he gets him to put on a Mirror-Spock-like fake moustache and to make a couple statements as "Mirror-Congressman whateverhisnameis", like "I go to prostitutes because of the following reasons...".

We were noticing that happening with a different clip (not from Colbert, but originating in the US) last night: it was unavailable for viewing in the UK, but people in Germany had no trouble seeing it, so it does appear to be region blocked in some way.That's weird, all i get when i click on any links is this message...thats why i thought it was region blocked...oh well no big deal.

Hm, I guess Viacom has some kind of deal with a British broadcaster then. The picture mentions UKFX, have you looked if they make the clips available for Brits?

Hm, I guess Viacom has some kind of deal with a British broadcaster then. The picture mentions UKFX, have you looked if they make the clips available for Brits?
I think what may be happening here is that channel UKFX is some type of pay to view channel on sky or cable, and there might be some deal between them and Viacom to stop UK IP from seeing stuff on the website, plus the stuff on that UKFX website is not up to date....that's just a theory mind you.
