Clyde on Casualty

Did anyone else catch Casualty on Saturday night with Daniel Anthony in it. I thought he was very good, he's a decent little actor and I really hope we get to see him in Who proper someday.

the show seems overly focused on having a lead female companion, if that wasnte the case I could see Clyde as a companion, he worked very well with both the 10th & 11th Doctors when they were on SJA.

That said Clyde is a RTDs character, and as such Moffatt or whoever replaces him (when that time comes) is more likely to want to use his (or even her) own character, rather than reuse a character from a spin-off.

At my age I think if either of them take their kit off I find it disturbing yet strangely I am content for Arsher Ali to do the whole naked thing.

What is Beaver Falls anyway?

I call it Carry on up the Meatballs.

6 episodes of 50 minutes plus ads about three kids (17 or 18 years?) from Edinburgh who some how achieve a summer jobs to look after rich pampered and spoiled American kids at a summer camp in (obviously) America.... They lied in their admission forms. Lied hard.

They're boozy potheads looking to screw anything that moves (Actually, they're pretty normal, Beaver Falls is not a farce, but average normal teenagers are not Brad Majors from the first 20 minutes of Rocky Horror.), who have been lumbered to look after the fat unpopular kids who need a little bit of hand holding.

Episode 5 is out in a few days.
