The '79 was the family car growing up. It was a rusting hulk of fail and misery when he got rid of it.

I finally saw this trailer over at Yahoo! Movies and I must say it looks like it will deliver. I'm more eager to see this than Jason Bourne 5 er, Quantum of Solace.

As a bit of an oddity I find it interesting that Geraldine Hughes is co-starring in the film. She was "little Marie" in Rocky Balboa and now co-stars with Clint Eastwood. Stallone and Eastwood, two actor/directors both chastised for acting in fare outside what societary norms dictate. I hope Gran Torino is as good as Balboa. It looks like its going to be good.
