News Claymation artist Will Vinton dies at 70

Will Vinton, the claymation artist who created the California Raisins, The Noid, and many others, died yesterday of cancer at the age of 70.

This is a terrible loss. I always loved his work, especially A Claymation Christmas Celebration which I watch every year. I didn't know about the upcoming documentary about his life's work, so that's something to look forward to (and there's a trailer for it in the article).

Rest in peace, Will Vinton. Thank you for the claymation memories.
